At Carroll Bank & Trust it is our goal to provide excellence in all areas of banking. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have continued to serve our customers and our communities. Our team has worked diligently to help our customers affected by the pandemic and will continue to do so moving forward. Under the guidance of Governor Bill Lee and guidelines addressed in the “Tennessee Pledge”, all Carroll Bank & Trust locations will be returning to normal banking services.

Effective May 26, 2020, all CB&T lobbies will re-open for regular business hours, 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on Friday. 

The Drive-Thru will be open at each location Monday- Friday until 5:00p.m. If you have experienced any coronavirus symptoms such as a fever, coughing, or shortness of breath, or have been around anyone that has, we ask that you do not come in the branch. Our personnel will be taking added precautions to keep our customers and team safe.  We ask that you maintain social distancing guidelines and follow the posted signage in each location to remain within these guidelines.

We encourage you to use our Drive-Thru for all deposits and withdrawals and to continue to take advantage of our digital banking products.
