Customer Service Representative- Lexington Branch
Carroll Bank & Trust is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Lexington Branch.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Assisting customers with processing transactions
· Explaining, promoting, and selling products and services
· Maintaining and balancing a cash drawer
· Opening deposit accounts
· Assisting other bank personnel with daily operations
· Answering phones and communicating with customers and fellow co-workers
Requirements include:
· Basic computer skills
· Professional appearance
· Communication and Customer Service skills
