In order to help us make the right decision we will need some information from you.
The first step in applying for a loan is to make a formal request through an application.We are happy to help you complete this at any of our offices. The application includes information about yourself, your request, employment/income, and current assets and debts. Using this information with a credit report will allow us to evaluate your request and make a decision. The credit report will have information about your current and previous debt and payment history.
If we are unable to fulfill your request we will explain why and let you know what will need to be done to allow us to approve your request in the future.
When applying for a Loan there are a few documents that we will need you to bring in with you:
Up to date Identification
Your most recent pay stub
The last 2 years Tax Returns
Bringing in this information to your first appointment with a Loan Officer will help speed up the pre-approval process. We will help you determine other expenses that go into a loan, such as insurance and taxes on a Home Mortgage Loan, that can be added in with your monthly payment.
We will help you determine the right loan for you whether it be a conventional loan or a loan in the Secondary Market. ( VA, FHA, USDA, etc.)
Remember – we keep all information we receive confidential. We only use this to make an informed credit decision.
