To open the account, you must deposit a minimum of $10,000. The account’s interest rate and annual percentage yield (APY) depend on the applicable tier. Must maintain a minimum balance of $10,000 to obtain APY. This account is a variable rate account. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account. Rate moves with the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate. The tiered interest rate may increase or decrease a minimum of 0.10% APY with each 0.25% change in the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate. The rate will be updated within 24 hours of a change in the printed Wall Street Journal Prime Rate and will be effective the next business day. APY is accurate as of 9/18/2025. Tier 1 – If your daily balance is $0.00 to $9,999.99, you will earn an interest rate of 0.00% with an APY of 0.00%. Tier 2- If your daily balance is $10,000.00 to $49,999.99, you will earn an interest rate of 1.49% with an APY of 1.50%. Tier 3- If your daily balance is $50,000.00 to $99,999.99, you will earn an interest rate of 1.98% with an APY of 2.00%. Tier 4- If your daily balance is $100,000.00 to $249,999.99, you will earn an interest rate of 2.47% with an APY of 2.50%. Tier 5- If your daily balance is $250,000.00 to $499,999.99, you will earn an interest rate of 3.93% with an APY of 4.00%. Tier 6 – If your daily balance is $500,000.00 and above, you will earn an interest rate of 5.37% with an APY of 5.50%. Three withdrawals are allowed in each statement cycle. More than three withdrawals will result in a $7.50 service charge. Inactive accounts over 12 months with a balance of less than $50.00 will be charged $5.00 per month. Fees may reduce earnings.
